Warranty

1. We provide two years warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVR after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of Charge. 

2 .Our detective rate is less than 1%, and we can offer 1% spare part for each order.

1. If you could repair the products by yourself, we will supply the spare parts. 
2. If you couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be shipped back to us, and we repair and afford 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
